Mr. Pannell became President of Business Management Research Associates, Inc. (BMRA) in 2011. As President, he oversees all aspects of BMRA’s training courses, directs BMRA’s staff, develops business strategies, and uses strategic planning and analytical skills to interpret financial plans. Mr. Pannell creates strategic planning to promote the company’s mission statement and goals, and ensures that all departments work together to efficiently produce products and services.

Mr. Pannell is the certified IACET Program Manager for BMRA. The ANSI/IACET Standard for Continuing Education and Training defines a proven model for developing effective and valuable continuing education and training programs. His responsibilities include managing the BMRA Quality Learning Process which assures that the proper framework is in place in order to execute a quality learning event. Duties also include analyzing the learning needs of the participants, and assessing and maximizing learning outcomes.

Mr. Pannell has over 30 years of professional experience in government procurement and contracting, with extensive expertise in cost and price analysis. Mr. Pannell also has over a decade of experience as an instructor for BMRA, which gives him an in-depth knowledge of agency training needs and classroom/instructor requirements for an optimum classroom experience.
