ICCI Leadership

Jean Drummond has always had it in her heart to support her community and give back in the ways that she has been blessed and nurtured, with strong leadership, BIPOC and Female empowerment, an entrepreneurial spirit and the healthy habits and nutrition that got her there!

So, one night, Jean and her husband Jimmie, gathered around the dinner table to discuss and plan. Dr. & Mrs. Drummond left the kitchen table that night with their life savings on the line and the mission for the Institute for Creative Community Initiatives in their hearts, which was officially established as a Non-Profit Organization on November 3, 2009.

From the Entrepreneurial Dove School, to the Mentoring Program:  Leading Ladies (and Lad’s), to the Food Pantries and regular charitable community campaigns to collect and distribute food, clothing, and resources, ICCI has been keeping busy in the community ever since and is looking forward to doing even more!
