Get Informed to Get Involved!
HCD International is committed to educating and providing supplementary resources towards the common good of our community, customers, and business partners. It is imperative that we keep ourselves up to date on the following topics: HIV/AIDS, Pre-Diabetes, Diabetes (all types), Asthma, Prenatal care, and Cardiovascular disease. HCDI acknowledges that these topics are constantly changing due to the advances in medicine, biology, nutrition, and research. As William A. Feather (1889-1981) American publisher and author once said, “Education: being able to differentiate between what you do know and what you don’t. It’s knowing where to go to find out what you need to know; and it’s knowing how to use the information once you get it”. Maintaining ourselves educated and educating others on our behalf is a role we take as teachers. The information we research and learn is the building blocks of our company. With the information obtained we are able to apply it in ways it benefits our company, our community, our staff, and potential clients. The following tabs contain websites, articles and free PDF files for those subjects.
